Here’s what your session looks like
In a session of NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback, you will be seated in a comfortable recliner chair and sensors are attached to your ears and scalp. Music is then played which you listen to through earbuds or a headset. For just over 33 minutes, NeurOptimal® tracks the brain activity and instantly mirrors the information back to the brain to make its own adjustments.
This process happens through the auditory feedback of interruptions in the music. NeurOptimal® brings the brain back to the present moment. When our brain is signalled to pay attention, it can make better choices.

The Direct Release Ionic foot spa is a very gentle, non-invasive way to detox the body naturally. It works rapidly and effectively to rid the body of toxins and bring it closer to an alkaline state. An electrode is placed in the warm water and Himalayan salt added. The process gives the hydrogen in the water a positive charge which attracts the negatively charged ions within your body. The ions in the water hold a charge that enables them to bind to heavy metals and toxins in the body, like how a magnet works. The toxins are then released through the pores in the foot.
